SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
We ship daily via United Parcel Service or Fedex, packages insured for safe delivery. We will promptly replace products if they become damaged in shipping. Each painting is packed tenderly and shipped no more than two per box, unless customer otherwise specifies. As each order is special, shipping charges will be quoted and must be confirmed by customer via email before shipping.
We are confident you will love our paintings and not need to consider returning them. If a return is necessary, we will accept returns within 7 days of customer's receipt of delivery. Please contact us by telephone or email for authorization and we will arrange for UPS pickup. Customer pays return shipping charges unless the return is due to damage caused by shipping. Refunds will be made immediately upon receipt of returned goods; damages due to poor packaging by customer, however, will cause delays and partial refunds.
We do not share your information with ANYONE !
We honor credit card purchases through PayPal.
Layaway and other arrangements can be made to accomodate our customers' needs.
